Universal Wisdom Practice Classes, featuring Shiva Garuda

The Universal Wisdom practices, including Shiva Garuda, can be learned by attending a class. New classes will be scheduled to begin in 2012. Please check back for details.

Classes are open to all, no prior experience required. We are non-doctrinaire, and in the spirit of Yuan Miao's "reminders," the classes try to maintain an atmosphere of joy.

Blue Pearl Group

The Blue Pearl Group features Yuan Miao leading us in Blue Pearl Healing and Shiva Garuda Breathing Practices, plus meditation, chanting, healing mudras, dharma talks & more, in a lighthearted, joyful atmosphere. Our meetings are currently in hiatus while Miao is involved with travel and other activities. Check back here or on the New Century Foundation website for upcoming events.
